CANCELLATION POLICY

At Oak & Ash Massage Therapy, your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. To respect both your time and ours, we kindly ask for advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% service fee. No-call, no-shows may be charged 75% of the scheduled service. We understand that unexpected situations arise and will always do our best to be fair and compassionate.
